Membership applications gives you the ability to allow potential members to submit an application to become a member. All applications can be viewed by clicking on your group name on the left side menu. When you click on the group, the left side menu will now show the group menu. From there click “Membership Apps”.
If you have any applications, they will be displayed here. You can search applications and sort through them. You can view the application by clicking on the applicants name from the applications list. If you click on the action menu (the dots to the left of the files) you can view the application, accept or deny the application.
When accepting an application, the user is sent an email with an inviation link. From there the user fills in all required information to become a member and once completed, will be shown on your members list.
If you deny an application, a popup will display and allow you to type in the reason for denial. An email will be sent to the user showing the reason their application was denied.
