Groups are the backbone to Referral Hopper. Groups are comprised of members, guests, meetings and yes… referrals! Each section of a group is discussed in detail in the specific section of the documentation under the How-To-Guide.
Group Settings
To manage your group settings, click on your group name on the left side menu. When you click on the group, the left side menu will now show the group menu. From there click “Settings”. This will bring up the Group Settings dashbooard.
From the Group Settings page you can update your group name, description, logo, location and visibility (whether to display your group page to the public). Under settings you will also find your group’s page URL, the website address to you membership application and the date your group was created.
Meetings
Under the Meetings tab you can manage all the details of your group meetings, including frequency, starting on day, meeting day, time and location.
You can also auto generate upcoming meetings. Just enter the number of meetings to generate in the Auto Generate Future Meetings field, and click the “Generate Meetings” button. When generating meetings, if you want to skip certain dates, just enter each date on a seperate line in the field labeled Skip Meetings. To skip meetings on the 5th week of the month, check the box labeled Do not create a meeting on the 5th week.
Subscriptions
You can create subscription plans for your members here. This feature is not available with the Gold Membership.
Adding a Subscription Plan
To add a subscription plan, click the Add Plan button in the top right of the screen.
Payment Methods
You can set up your payment methods here. This feature is not available with the Gold Membership. At this time we only work with Stripe as a payment method. To setup a Stripe account go to https://stripe.com/
Setting Up Payment Methods/Edit Settings
To set up your payments or edit them, click the Edit Settings button to the right of Stripe. You will input your Stripe private and public keys. If you get “Where do I get my Stripe Api Keys?” below the form fields it will show you haow to get these key values.
Member App Settings
This allows you to customize your membership application, explained in the How-To-Guide Membership Applications section.
Web Snippets
Web snippets are small peices of code that allow you to integrate certain functions from Referral Hopper into your website. Currently we have one web snippet, but are working on more:
