No, We do not require a contract to use Referral Hopper. You can cancel your membership at anytime.

We are working on a demo account where you can take Referral Hopper for a test drive. We hope to have that completed very soon. If you prefer, we can do an online demonstration via screenshare.

We’re always working on ways to improve our software. So we already have a development queue that goes out a year or so. BUT, we’re always looking for good ideas and ways to make Referral Hopper better for our clients. Our standard development fee is currently $85 per hour. If the feature request makes sense, we can likely take care of it. Just reach out to us.

To get started using Referral Hopper, go to our pricing page and choose the plan that best fits your needs. Once you choose a plan, you will fill out a quick form check out. You will get an introductory email with useful links.

You’re in luck! We have a few folks that can likely provide some assistance… everything from basic suggestions and guidance, to some serious consulting. We don’t have a set consulting fee for this sort of thing, but we’ll gladly help because we’re passionate about small business and independent referral groups.

We are always open to help our customers transition. If you have a way to export your current data, chances are we can assist in getting your data imported into our system. As we get request we will determine whether to have an import tool for customers to import data. If you would like to import your data, please contact us!

If you have a Platinum or Platinum Plus plan, you may download your data at anytime. If you cancel your membership you can request a export file of your data up to 90 days after cancellation. We retain data for cancelled memberships no more than 90 days after cancellation. After that time the data is no longer available.

As you know, you get quite a break on the monthly subscription fee by paying it as an annual amount. However, you’re still able to cancel if you’re on the annual payment plan, but we require 90 days’ notice to cancel. After the 90 days, we’ll provide a prorated refund, based on how many calendar months are left in your paid annual subscription. Example: Subscribe in January and pay the annual amount, but then you send us written notice of cancellation in April. We’ll then add 3 months to the date of your cancellation request (April), which will mean your account will cancel in July. We would then provide a refund for August – January, which is 6 months or 50% of the subscription. You would then receive a 50% refund of the annual amount paid. NOTE: Details on this are provided in the Invoicing and Payment section of our Terms & Conditions.

You can cancel your Referral Hopper monthly subscription at any time via written notice. On our monthly billing, you’re paying for the month in advance. Just send us written notice at any time, and your subscription will be canceled. There is no refund provided when cancelling our monthly subscription (other than in the first 30 days), as you’re only paying month to month. NOTE: Details on this are provided in the Invoicing and Payment section of our Terms & Conditions.

We do offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days. After that you can cancel your membership at anytime.

We’re 100% based right here in the U.S. To be more specific, we’re in good ole Mississippi. We’re pretty good folks, and you might see or hear us use southern respectful phrases like “y’all” and “fixin” and nearly always say “yes, ma’am” and “yes, sir”. Good Friday is holiday in our parts, as is Mardi Gras. We’re entrepreneurial minded, and like to have lunch meetings (we like to eat).
