The application on the bottom of my website is gone. I have sent in 2 tickets and no response. please advise.
We have resolve this issue. Please accept our apologies, we experienced an unplanned system update that caused several system issues, including not being notified of tickets. We are working to resolve all issues and should have them resolved in the next few days.
